Anne Inez McCaffrey (1 April 1926 - 21 November 2011) was an award-winning science fiction and fantasy author, best known for her Dragonriders of Pern series. She published nearly 100 books beginning in 1967.

eFiction Magazine, launched just a little bit over over a year ago. Each monthly issue features a mix of prose and poetry from various contributors. eFiction is a wonderful publication and I hope there will be some time in the future when I will have the opportunity to work with them again.
